Quantum Fab Overview

We support quantum device fabrication infrastructure.

To develop cutting-edge technologies that will lead the 21st-century quantum revolution, Quantum Fab was established in 2020 through collaboration among Sungkyunkwan University, KANC, and KAERI.

The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art cleanroom environments and advanced fabrication equipment, enabling the development of specialized technologies for quantum device fabrication. QCenter provides accessible and efficient use of this infrastructure for researchers and industry users.

Application Review

  • Confirm receipt of the application
  • Check equipment availability and schedule
  • Verify eligibility

Design File Review

  • Submit design files (*.gds)
  • Review and revise as needed
  • Confirm batch processing feasibility
STEP. 5

Finalize the Service Plan

  • Coordinate processing schedule
  • Confirm final service timeline
STEP. 6

Process Execution

  • Execute processing according to plan
  • Provide progress updates
  • Complete fabrication
STEP. 7

Payment and Settlement

  • Pay service fees within 14 days
  • Tax invoice issued
  • Unpaid fees may restrict future access

Service Completion

  • Deliver results
