Quantum information technology is developing at a very rapid pace worldwide, but Korea has a weak R&D base including professional manpower and infrastructure.
QCenter will contribute to expanding the base of domestic quantum research field and the leap of capacity by fostering manpower and establishing infrastructure to create a domestic quantum information science research ecosystem.
-
First
To cultivate researchers, we support overseas training and provide educational programs for future talent inflow to new research personnel.
-
Second
To expand support for quantum fab process utilization for quantum device production and support for quantum computer cloud utilization for research and education purposes.
The advent of quantum information science and technology, referred to 2nd Quantum Revolution, is accompanied by expectations that it will open up a future that has been unimaginable before along with concerns about success due to the high level of technological difficulty.
At this point, QCenter will do our best to pool domestic research capabilities to serve as the hub and powerhouse for quantum technology in the near future.
Thank you
