2 ) Updates to the Benchmarks shown in the IQP(24.10.01 IBM 안내 메일)
> At the IBM Quantum Summit last year we announced our updated CLOPS metric for the era of utility and reported that we had internally measured a rate of over 20K. This was accomplished through new compiler technology that supports injecting parameters directly into compiled payloads, significantly reducing software overhead. We are pleased to announce that this technology is now the basis for our high performance parameterized circuit support in the primitives. This technology significantly improves system speed when processing large sets of parameterized circuits as found in various error mitigation strategies such as PEA and PEC. As CLOPS holistically measures the complete stack performance
this change has boosted CLOPS over 6x to 30K or higher on most systems. This will significantly reduce the runtime of estimator calls using PEA, twirling through the sampler and estimator, as well as primitive calls using parameterized circuits with large parameter sets.
