IBM Q 행사 관련하여, 아래와 같이 안내 드립니다.

2024 Qiskit Global Summer School: The Path to Utility

IBM에서 2024 Qiskit Global Summer School를 개최합니다.

올해의 QGSS는 2주간 과정으로, 총 10개의 강의, 9개의 라이브 Q&A 세션, 4개의 랩으로 구성되어 있으며,

키스킷 1.0부터 가장 유망한 near-term applications에 이르기까지 예제를 통해 학습할 수 있습니다.

- 학습 기간 : 7/15 ~ 7/26(EST) <온라인 진행>

- 참여 대상 : 2024 IBM 6개 선정 기관 모든 구성원(서울대학교, 고려대학교, 경희대학교, 한국과학기술원, 울산과학기술원, 한국항공대학교) 및 IBM 허브인 성균관대학교 소속 구성원

- 등록 방법

(2) Password에 'UtilityEraNow' 입력

(3) 등록 페이지가 나오면 '이름/거주국가/소속' 등 정보 입력 및 동의 후 등록 완료

> 등록 완료 후 접속을 위한 링크가 메일로 발송될 예정입니다.

- 등록 기간

(1) ~ 6/9 : '우선 등록' 진행(Password: 'UtilityEraNow)

(2) 6/10 ~ : Password 없이 등록 가능

<2024 Qiskit Global Summer School: The Path to Utility>
| July 15th - 26th, 2024

Over a week before it is announced to the public, partner/client registration is now open. No promocodes or limited numbers,

just a quick password and your in. The three institutions that have the most registered will have an exclusive channel created for them

and a dedicated IBMer to answer cohort questions through out the course. When registration opens to the public, on June 10th, a password

will no longer be needed.

We are sure you've read about this year's course preparing participants for the era of quantum utility. By Using hands on examples,

the syllabi will guide participants through areas of near-term practical importance. Like previous years, the summer school will consist of lectures,

live labs and Q&As but, this year, engaged participants are in for a treat. Overall, our goal is to provide the tools one needs to use

IBM Quantum hardware during and long after the 2024 course is completed.

The Qiskit Global Summer School acts as the beginning of our event pipeline, welcoming all who are interested in the subject of

quantum computing.

In 2023, registration and hub capacity was increased and still reached capacity; garnering nearly 6,000 registrants to the course.

This year will again be opened to 6,000 students and will focus on IBM Quantum’s shift into the age of utility.
