⭘ Open Plan Promotion
Active open plan users can now opt into 180 minutes over the next 12 months. Usage is fully flexible, it can be burned all at once or spread across the year. After 12 months, accounts return to the standard 10 min / month allocation 180-minute promotion available to active Open Plan users (request required)
• ibm_kingston (Heron r2) now available to all Open Plan users
• New educational course "Designing and leading quantum projects"

What's not included in this update:
• Sessions for hybrid or iterative workflows
• Advanced tools & early-access features (e.g., managed Qiskit Serverless)
